WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Concerned we don't accept your form of payment? Seventh Haus safely accepts major forms of credit/debit including VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTER CARD. We also accept payment via PAYPAL.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Did something not work out? No worries, you can return or exchange them by mail.

Return/Exchange Restrictions:
Items must be in original, new, unused condition with tags attached.
RETURNS accepted within 60 DAYS of PURCHASE.
EXCHANGES accepted within 30 DAYS of PURCHASE.
Items previously exchanged can be returned, but not exchanged a second time.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Things didn't fit your fancy? You can return or exchange them by mail.

Processing a return/exchange:
Submit a return/exchange request.
Once approved, use your own shipping label or preferred carrier to ship the item back. Be sure to include either shipping confirmation receipt or packing slip with item(s).
Refund will be issued in original form of payment.
If Exchange: Wait for notification of receipt of merchandise. Notification of new shipment will follow (if order does not defy restrictions.)
